Hi all,

It has been a while since any updates on my simplified lifestyles, one of my food hunt adventure was exposed to an unlikely place that I managed to get from a colleague/friend, it was hidden behind the industrial area of Subang Jaya Industries Park, exact address is Lot 776, Subang lot 3, Jalan Subang 4, I can't believe it as it is tucked between industrial lots and bravo it resides a industrial lot size eatery, inside a signboard says F4 fish head, the environment was quite clean and immediately we went to order the signature dishes of fish head and others as per the picture captured. Fish head and other dishes ordered, where taste,freshness, presentation were concerned it still fall short of my expectation but anyway it is an eye-opening experience to see such a place exist.until next time sayonara and byyye...

Howdy folks,

Am a bit anxious on the nostalgic passage of my childhood but what I recalled were fabulous especially on the milk wonders, I fondly remember the school days when they are sponsor who promote milk and we grabbed the bargain in packets and hence the liking deepens.It was the start of the milk wonder for me, milk nutrition was kind of luxury for our family and with the bargain it was good start for me in my teenage years to like milk but nevertheless I supplement with various affordable equivalent in vegetables to make up the nutrition deficiencies. My favourite was the original UHT milk, so natural and refreshing.

Background of BCAM

Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) (also referred to locally as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM)) is an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention and cure. The campaign also offers information and support to those affected by breast cancer.

As well as providing a platform for breast cancer charities to raise awareness of their work and of the disease, BCAM is also a prime opportunity to remind women to be breast aware for earlier detection.

Such an astounding work requires more support and for blogger like myself the experience is tremendous, first experience this when I saw some ladies distributing leaflets at shopping complexes and out of curiosity approach and given a leaflet, information are disseminated and thus I gave it back to my family members to consider. it just simple and remind them to check.

The experience is not just painting the blog pink but more than that requires a genuine heart to to care for your love one as God did for you.

Let's work out a viral - blog- chain for the awareness to all possible people available and make it a zero tolerance on breast cancer and have the knowledge of breast cancer and self checking... let me start this first step.

Background

The world's oldest tropical rainforest beckons in Malaysia. Preserved to stay the way nature intended to be for you to explore and enjoy. A haven for hundreds of species of wildlife exotic birds, fish and plants, Covering 4,343 sq. km of virgin jungle, the park offers an undisturbed diversity of habitats and plant communities.

Taman Negara (formerly known as king George V National Park), more than 130 millions years of age, beckons the adventurous to a mysterious world older than the Congo or the Amazon.
Taman Negara, located at the very heart of Pahang's tropical forest, which has lain mostly undisturbed for millennia, maintains a natural habitat for a variety of flora and fauna, some of which can only be found in this part of the world. Trees that are hundreds of years old form a giant canopy above you as you enter into Taman Negara, which is accessible through Jerantut, the main entry point.

How to get to Taman Negara?

You will have to take either private transport by van or limousine costing approximate RM300 per way or by public transport from Kuala Lumpur or Kuantan, and it takes approximately 3 - 4 hours from these points to Jerantut.

Things to note

The Department of Wildlife has counter located at Kuala Tembeling jetty to issue entry permits and various licenses such as: Park permit: RM 1 per person, applicable to all visitors. Fishing licenses: RM 10 per person. Camera licenses: RM 5 per camera.

Nusa Camp (That's where we stayed for 3 days- June 15-17 , '08).

We are very excited on the whole trip the three of us (unfortunately none of us brought any cameras as we are busy strategizing what to do in the next three days before the trip, courtesy of Nusa camp's on the actual cabin we stayed and nature pictures).

We decided on three locations, Lata Berkah, Canopy walkway & Ear Cave. One must visit the canopy walkway, where spectacular view below is awesome, and Lata Berkah, the crystal clear waterfall will tempt you for a swim, and lastly Ear cave, the exploration in it is breathtaking as we need to slowly engineer our way down the slope and behold the bats, as we journey back to the camp, I guided the way back as we seem lost earlier with only bare-footed on my side as I so-called worn a slipper in this hard terrain as I thought it a piece of cake, nevertheless managed to reach camp Nusa in the evening. Bruised and tired but thrilled to come again is time permit, we packed our gears and head back to Kuala lumpur for another rat race challenge again.

3 Days 2 Night - Shenzhen/Hong Kong

Well as promise, here is my blog, one of my favourite past-time TRAVELING (and currently looking for travel and food sponsor also to be their freelance writer- YES I am serious).

Where do I start, yah my memory start to come back again, mmm.. the trip there was some where July last year (2007). I read that Air asia has made the inaugural flight to Shenzhen and MINE was the 2nd flight, talking about blue ocean strategies- I am one of the pioneer in that sense.

Alright, am really excited to TELL ALL ya..., My trip to the KLIA airport was an excitiiing one... the normal highways and byways, petrol station etc, upon reaching the airport, I casually check in via the Air asia counter for boarding and after that finish off my mineral water as there is a ban to bring in can/bottled water of more than 100 ml (the T.. thing ya).

The plane started to take off and as you can see I had the ladies' (air stewardess) with me as the proof of charm... and of course their friendliness to take pictures...the flight took about... 4-5 hours. When I reached there it was night time and one tour guy was waiting anxiously, the bus has to take to a train station to board for Hong kong one night, had to rush to get the LAST train to HK and am blurr of the direction, what more have to fork out money first for the train fare and claimed later from the tour guide in HK (Advice go for reputable travel company) , imagine just got the last train otherwise I would have to take another route (God knows where). when I reached the HK station it was like midnight and the tour guide was babbling something... story cut short, I check in to a hotel and it is really small ya..,

The next day, I went for the fixed tour destinations after breakfast, they will rush you to "commission" destinations namely medicine shop, etc and we are off back to Shenzhen after lunch (on my own) via train for night there, the visit in Shenzhen bring me to the cultural village, shopping complexes, medicine shops and sent us back to the airport to catch a flight back to KL.

All I could say was a "Touch and Go" scenario ya.. and for me is a exploration stage and the next time the mode is free and easy "back packed" version, got some connections there set up and NOW waiting for sponsor, I hope to be there again for the real details stuff- Investigation all corners of interest in Shenzhen and beyond.

Hi all, I wanted to put under my diary entry as one of my dear John report... (OK guys that's me ... in the water skiing cum surfing mode (in person) when not working as a critic.

Before I press the pppanic button, the below are the answers to PART I of the plot... SANTA review of Hancock, the required ANSWERS ARE.

i) Who plays the eponymous character in the movie Hancock?

Will Smith.

ii) Fill in the blanks:In a bid to save a whale, Hancock heaves it out to sea, only to see it smash a sailboat.

Am ready to be the critic reviewer even before the movie is shown...... mmmm... let me see ya...

where do I start... YES... Part 2 of the movie - Hancock.. to me it represents

H- Highly
A- Adult-like
N- New
C- Cocky
O- Over the counter
C- Comedic
K- Kaki's movie

(while doing the review I consulted various historical evidence on the movie Hancock, namely the the official site,trailer, mamak's patron , relatives, friends etc... yah I did my INDEPTH research ya..) and certainly NOT going to attach trailer and pictures, I will just go to the HARD Facts...thats my REAL stuff... )

In short ... Rush to see trailer now and if cannot wait , you will get from somewhere to get the full version type of show... (you know... mmm not promoting piracy ya... this review is censored to those who don't understand simple instruction...ya).

Scene 1 as I picture it- Our hero comes in with a bang.. saving the day by stopping robbery, flipping whale and those hero stuff in a comedic way to me it seems... but instead let down by PR thing- you know image..., it really counts...

Scene 2 and finale as I picture it again after my trailer etc, - Got a PR master to turn things around and at last save the day.

Simply mind boggling, why is the movie not shown earlier, you could have control the madness of fuel hike more gently NOT sudden move by the ... you know who

In summary I like to summarise my review in three words. YOU MUST SEE

OOOps I am actually in my dream now as I realised I need to wake up by the ALARM clock, that good review ya in my dreaming also I can DO THAT...
